A Week of Creativity and Fun at Buzzy Bees
This week at Buzzy Bees Link Club, the children enjoyed a vibrant programme filled with creativity, teamwork and imaginative play. One of the highlights was designing and building their own imaginative dens. Using Polydron and a wide variety of construction materials, the children planned, built and adapted their creations, developing problem‑solving skills while proudly bringing their ideas to life in unique and personal ways.
The launch of our Summer Clubs added even more excitement to the week. On Monday, Stitch Club introduced children to basic sewing skills as they learned the running stitch. With great concentration and care, they created colourful fish to take home, gaining confidence in a new practical skill and a sense of achievement from completing their work.
Creativity continued at Lego Club on Wednesday, where the room buzzed with imagination. Children designed and showcased a wide range of inventive models, demonstrating originality, perseverance and thoughtful construction. On Thursday, Parachute Play Club provided a burst of energy and laughter as children took part in lively parachute games. These activities encouraged teamwork, communication and turn‑taking, while ensuring plenty of fun along the way.
It has been a fantastic start to our summer activities at Buzzy Bees, and we look forward to many more weeks filled with learning, creativity and joyful experiences for everyone involved.
