Year 3 enjoyed a fantastic first Forest School session this week, embracing their Forest School values and creating their very own Forest School Promise.

The children became enthusiastic woodland detectives as they explored the woodland environment, completed a scavenger hunt and worked together to build impressive dens. They also enjoyed making woodland sparkler sticks and learning how to climb trees safely.

It was wonderful to see the children showing such excellent teamwork, resilience and curiosity as they explored the outdoors. Most importantly, they had lots of fun learning in nature, and are already looking forward to their next Forest School adventure!
