Year 6 Residential at the Conway Centre

Year 6 have had a fantastic time on their residential visit to the Conway Centre. Throughout the trip, the children took part in a wide range of exciting outdoor activities, developing their teamwork, resilience and problem-solving skills.
They challenged themselves on the low ropes course, showing determination and supporting one another every step of the way. The children also worked collaboratively during problem-solving activities, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork.
Water activities were a real highlight, with pupils enjoying both paddle boarding and canoeing. They showed great confidence on the water and thoroughly embraced the experience with enthusiasm. Orienteering was another popular activity, as the children used maps and clues to navigate their surroundings.
In addition, the children took part in bushcraft sessions, where they learnt valuable outdoor skills and explored life in the natural environment.
It has been a truly memorable experience, with the children building friendships, gaining confidence and creating lasting memories. We are very proud of how they represented the school throughout their residential.
