Year 6 Take Part in NSPCC Speak Out Stay Safe Workshop

This week, Year 6 took part in the NSPCC’s Speak Out Stay Safe workshop, an important programme designed to help children understand their right to feel safe at all times. Through a series of engaging and age‑appropriate activities, the pupils explored how to recognise situations that may not feel safe and learned what they can do if they ever feel unsure or worried. The session encouraged thoughtful discussion and helped to build the children’s confidence in speaking out.
NSPCC volunteers also introduced the pupils to Childline, explaining how it offers support, advice, and someone to talk to whenever a child needs help. The workshop provided valuable knowledge and reassurance, empowering our Year 6 children to understand their rights and know where to turn should they ever need support.
